Pinecones are everywhere this time of year, and they are perfect for making this craft. We will use natural pinecones, peanut butter (or nut-free alternative), bird seed, and some twine to make a bird feeder!

Did you fall in love with Flaco, the Eurasian eagle-owl who escaped from the Central Park Zoo? So many did. 

We will provide coloring sheets, colored pencils and crayons, and some relaxing tunes. We can't wait to see what you create!

We love offering art programs in the Children's Library, but we love to recycle too! Crafts can create a lot of waste product which is why we are making a conscious effort to reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever possible.

It's Earth Day! Celebrate by making wildflower seed balls that can be thrown onto any patch of dirt to transform it into a paradise for pollinators. Come help the environment and have fun doing it, too!
