About Ken Dolan
Ken Dolan has been a Tai Chi instructor for 19 years and began as a student of the martial art form more than 23 years ago. He got into Tai Chi almost by accident when he agreed to attend a trial class with his daughter in 1997. She promptly dropped out, but Ken was immediately interested in it as a compliment to his marathon running. He has been dedicated to learning and practicing Tai Chi ever since. Ken appreciates Tai Chi for the physical exercise it provides, as well as its benefits of stress reduction and increased focus. He is passionate about sharing those benefits with others, believing everyone can gain from Tai Chi, whatever their experience or fitness levels. When not teaching a class, he can be found taking walks with family, working in his yard, or enjoying a homemade pizza.
