Parenting presents unique challenges, including managing screen time and navigating difficult conversations about friendships, emotions, and responsibilities.

This interactive workshop will give parents practical strategies to:

  • Establish healthy boundaries
  • Communicate effectively during challenging moments
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with your children

Through real-life scenarios, expert insights, and guided discussions, you will gain tools to create a home environment where children feel supported and understood while learning the skills they need to thrive. Join us for an engaging and empowering session designed to strengthen connections and build resilience within your family.

This workshop will be facilitated by Ellen Cartwright, M.A.T., Director of The Boys Lab at Fairfield Country Day School & Nora Goddard, LPC-A, MA, School Counselor at Fairfield Country Day School.
