So many books--how does one choose?  Find out what really happens in the inner sanctum at the New York Times Book Review with senior book editor Gregory Cowles who will be in conversation with Times deputy editor Tina Jordan.

How are the "best of" books chosen and revealed?  What is the process?  How long does it take to read, nominate, discuss, and debate those who make the list?  Join this not-to-be-missed discussion that will make you think twice when reading a "best of title" from the list and will include the latest and greatest of new books just published.
