Join us for an afternoon with Tyler Moore, the author of the new book, Tidy Up Your Life: Rethinking How to Organize, Declutter, and Make Space for What Matters Most. Booklist wrote that the book is, "original, whimsical, and altogether practical." Tyler will be in conversation with Stefanie Jones of The Realistic Organizer.

Books will be available for purchase courtesy of Barrett Bookstore. 

About the Author

Tyler Moore is the creator of the hugely popular Tidy Dad Instagram, TikTok, and website. A public school teacher in New York City, husband, and father of three young daughters, he has been featured on Good Morning America and in The Washington Post, The New York Times, the New York Post, Better Homes & Gardens Secrets of Getting Organized magazine, Apartment Therapy, and many podcasts including HGTV Obsessed and Minimalist Moms. 

During the school year, he lives with his wife, Emily, a pediatric occupational therapist, and daughters in Queens, New York. In the summer, they spend as much time as possible in their small but tidy cottage in the Poconos.

About the Moderator 

Stefanie Jones is the founder of The Realistic Organizer, a professional organizing service in Darien, serving all of Fairfield County. With a background as a social worker, she brings a compassionate and practical approach to helping individuals and families create functional systems for their homes. As a mother of four boys, Stefanie understands the challenges of maintaining an organized household and is dedicated to developing solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and sustainable for everyday life.

Reminder: Daytime Parking

During the day, parking is available in Darien Library's parking lot. If the lot is full, there may be street parking available on Thorndal Circle. 

Library patrons may not park in the Nielsen or Michael Joseph's parking lots; violators will be towed.
