Nick Bellantoni is the emeritus Connecticut State Archaeologist and an associate research professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Connecticut.

Barbara Ann Kipfer is a lexicographer, a part-time archaeologist, and the author of 14,000 Things to Be Happy About and Hiking Is Fundamental, among others.
