Event Details

The Library and the YWCA Darien Norwalk welcome speaker Kit Savage, a certified executive functioning coach to discuss methods of developing your child's executive functioning skills. She will touch on the following topics: 

  • Age appropriate strategies to improve your child and teen’s Executive Functioning skills.
  • Authentic tools for parenting struggling students with EF deficits.
  • The connection between emotional regulation and school performance.
  • Strategies for Parenting, building emotional IQ and reducing anxiety.

About the Speaker:

Kit Savage is the Managing Director of Savage Advocates LLC. Her practice serves parents of children with disabilities in their educational journey from Pre-K to College. She is also a writer, Certified Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, educational advisor and advocacy consultant.
