Crystal singing bowls have changed Terry's life, and they could change yours. Terry created the deeply restorative Angelic Serenade method, which is a sound meditation method for groups and individuals that reduces burnout, stress and anxiety, and enhances mental clarity and overall well being through brain wave entrainment. Brain wave entrainment is a method of therapeutic stimulation. With the the frequencies of the singing bowls, the sounds slow brain waves into "Alpha" and "Theta" brainwave states, encouraging flow and a meditative state.
