Lorraine is the author of the book, "Shout It Out”, a social media marketing guide for business owners. She is also a teacher and public speaker on social media. Her online course for business groups, “13 Minutes A Day" on LinkedIn (in which she is known as the LinkedIn Super Ninja), teaches how a business can win on LinkedIn.
