Event Details

Twice a month, learn something new about a fascinating science topic chosen and presented by one of our very own DHS Science Honor Society students. This session includes presentations on "Ocular Diseases" and "Evolutionary Biology."

About the Presenters

Avery Horn is a senior at Darien High School. She loves biology and takes the Authentic Science Research class at DHS where she was able to perform research. Currently she is taking AP Physics. Besides science, Avery is the president of Darien Animal Welfare Group and Co-editor and chief of Current Literary Magazine.

Katie Cavolo is currently taking AP Environmental Science and is interested in everything biology and evolution.
