Darien Library and Sterling Care invite you to join Linda Ziac as she guides us on how to prepare for when the unexpected happens. Learn how to be proactive vs. reactive by making your own Go Bag which will help you get through unexpected situations. 

A sudden medical emergency, or a natural disaster such as a hurricane, flooding, or blizzard may force you to leave your home, or require you to shelter-in-place on short notice.

About the Presenter

Linda Ziac is a CT Licensed and Nationally Certified professional, with 48 years of experience in the health and mental health field. In 1990, Linda Ziac had a vision of creating a place where seniors, people with special needs, and their loved ones could turn for support, find answers to their questions, and engage trained professionals to help them navigate the often confusing and overwhelming healthcare maze. Together, Linda works with the client, family, and healthcare staff to help assess and implement ways to allow for the client's greatest degree of health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
