About the Film, "Cutter"

About the Director

Eden Wright is 5th generation in the film business and made her acting debut as a toddler on "Sex and the City" (HBO), co-starred on the series "Are We There Yet?" (TBS), and was featured in a Bill Gates sketch on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" (NBC). Wright’s films have been screened at festivals including The Soho International Film Festival, The Boston International Film Festival, and The Irvine International Film Festival. "Cutter" is Eden's directorial debut and has won over 20 awards and screened at over 35 festivals internationally. 

About the Screenwriter

Nick Kunze grew up in Darien and currently resides in Los Angeles. He's written two produced short films and has had short fiction published in literary magazines like Ghost City Review, Toronto Journal and more. He's currently working on his debut novel. He is a huge fan of the Darien Library, and still has his Darien Library card in his wallet, just in case.

About the Cinematographer

Jack Kauffman is an award-winning cinematographer and sommelier based in New York City. Jack earned his film degree at Hobart College and he produced, directed, hosted, and edited the Finger Lakes wine documentary, "Uncorked Potential" (flxwinedoc.com), winning numerous awards across the country including best tv pilot, best cinematography, and best wine region film.  Following the success of "Uncorked Potential" he oversaw a new wine bar in Charleston, South Carolina as the Wine Director, became a Certified Sommelier, and placed in the Charleston Top Sommelier blind tasting competition. After a stint as a wine specialist for Sotheby's auction house and running sales for a Napa Valley winery, Jack continues his work as a cinematographer and director on his new project, a documentary series about winemaking in Chile (uncorkedpotentialwine.com).
