Want to get good at using Microsoft PowerPoint? Come to our fun workshop, "Get Better at Microsoft PowerPoint," and learn how to make cool presentations. Whether you're new to it or know a bit already, this workshop is for you! 

What You'll Learn: 

  1. The Ribbon: Discover how to utilize the Ribbon, the central control center of PowerPoint, to leverage all tools and craft outstanding presentations. 
  2. Slides and Views: Learn the art of slide organization and manipulation, enabling you to customize your presentation to your exact preferences. 
  3. Enhancing Visual Appeal: Develop the ability to choose eye-catching themes and produce memorable slides that leave an impression on your audience. 
  4. Incorporating Content: Discover the methods for smoothly incorporating text, pictures, charts, and videos into your presentation to increase interest and engagement. 
  5. Presentation and Printing Tips: Gain insights into effectively delivering your presentation and the know-how of printing your work, ensuring seamless sharing and dissemination. 
  6. Hands on session: Practice session at the end.

About the Bus

The American Job Center Career Coach makes weekly visits to cities and towns in coordination with community organizations. When you step aboard the Career Coach, you are greeted by expert staff and seated at one of ten (10) computer workstations. The Coach welcomes all to come in and use the computers for computer training.
