Kitchen Science: Sweet, Sour, Salty, or Bitter?

There are five different tastes that encompass all foods: sweet, salty, bitter, and sour (plus one surprise flavor)! We will test an assortment of fun and interesting spices and foods to expand our palates. Which do you think that you will like the best?
