Join a registered dietitian from Food Explorers to make Buffalo Chickpea Pinwheels and Baked Fries! Turn cooking time into family time when you cook along on Zoom with us.
You will need the following ingredients for this recipe:
- Four large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- One can of chickpeas
- Tortillas
- Buffalo sauce
- Plain Greek yogurt
- Cream cheese
- Your choice of veggies, such as carrots, cucumber, celery, pepper, or lettuce!
We will send the program reminder with the Zoom link on the day before the program.
