Flu Vaccine Clinic

Darien Library and the Waveny/Visiting Nurse & Hospice are hosting a flu clinic.

The flu clinic is first-come, first-served, and open to anyone ages 4 years and older. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Nurses will bill directly to Medicare, Aetna managed Medicare or Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The flu vaccine is available at a cost of $55. A high-dose vaccine is available for those aged 65 and over at a cost of $75. The shot is also payable by cash or check.

Please bring an insurance card, photo ID, and wear short sleeves or sleeves that can be easily rolled up. You may print and fill out the consent form in advance (see links below).
