Please join Stamford Health leaders and a panel of local experts for a special, interactive presentation of Stamford Health's 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment.  This is a comprehensive evaluation of the diverse populations of the city of Stamford and the town of Darien, their overall health status, and specific health needs.
