Event Details

This class is for beginners who are ready to use a computer but need some help getting started (or for those who need a refresher). Mouse and keyboard skills are not required.

What you will learn:

  • How to use a laptop computer for basic computing 
  • How to use both a traditional mouse and a laptop mousepad
  • How to use the Windows start button and the taskbar to open and use applications
  • How to navigate File Explorer windows to locate and open files
  • How to create and open existing Microsoft Word documents and make edits
