Black-Out Poetry Slam

April is National Poetry Month, and to celebrate we have a special program just for teens! We will be doing "Black-Out" poetry, where you take an old book and use a permanent marker to cross out words, and the remaining words make up a poem. Make your poems as funny or as serious as you want! Afterwards, we will do an optional poetry slam where you can read your Black-Out poems out loud.
