Event Details

Celebrate the end of the summer reading program at our outdoor movie night! We will be watching "Night at the Museum" (2006) with the whole family. The feature presentation will start right after sunset, approximately around 8 p.m. The movie will run approximately 90 minutes.

Tasty movie concessions will be provided including beverages, popcorn, and more! Families are welcome to start arriving at 7:30 p.m. when they can set up their seating area and pick up snacks.

Participants should bring their own chairs or blankets to set up on the parking lot. Please be aware that the Library building will not be open for services after the Library closes for the evening.

We will have a limited number of chairs if your family is unable to bring lawn chairs or a blanket with them. Please email Samantha Cardone at scardone@darienlibrary.org! to reserve the number of seats you will need.

Families. Please register each member of your family that plans to attend the event.

Need to Know

If the weather will be unfavorable on the day of an outdoor program, we will contact registered participants by email to let them know of any changes. We will also update the event listing for programs that do not require registration.
